FCC Construcción joins the “Companies that Inspire” initiative of the Bertelsmann Foundation. The initiative promotes the connection between educational centers and companies to bring the reality of the world of work closer to students and thus be able to awaken interests and vocations, publicize new professions and sectors, dismantle possible stereotypes, and expand their opportunities and professional aspirations.

The orientation activities that will be carried out consist of visits to companies, talks at educational centers or educational stays (4th ESO+company). All activities are easy to carry out and can complement or enrich other CSR, employer branding or corporate volunteering actions.

With more than 120 years of history, FCC Construcción is the construction company within the FCC Group, and is a global benchmark in the execution and design of civil engineering and building works, having activity in more than 22 countries. Likewise, the FCC Group's Infrastructure area has proven experience in the development of concession projects and has a group of companies dedicated to other activities related to construction, as well as those framed in other industrial sectors (engineering, prefabrication and facilities, among others).
