FCC Construcción has won the construction contract for the highway that will link the Ronda Litoral (B-10) with the Castelldefels highway (C-32). The project achieved, in consortium with COMSA, has an amount of 66 million euros and an execution period of 24 months.

The section is 2.26 kilometers long and will link the Ronda Litoral (B-10) with the Castelldefels motorway (C-32). This is an action considered strategic in Catalonia and will serve to improve connections between Baix Llobregat, Barcelona and its area of influence to the south.

The new road will receive the name of B-25 and includes seven major actions. The main one is the trunk and the knot of Sant Boi-Cornellà. To all this are added the links with the C-32 and two other highways; the Cornellà and Sant Boi north knots; the connection between Sant Boi Sur and the Les Salines industrial estate; the junction of the C-32 highway and the C-31c; the connection of Mas Blau with another industrial zone of El Prat, and the completion of the road to the Directional Center of El Prat. The new work will reduce the traffic congestion suffered by the regional C-245.

The project also incorporates the bicycle as a means of locomotion, with the construction of 750 meters of bike lane between Sant Joan Despí and Sant Boi.
