FCC Construcción has won the contract for the comprehensive refurbishment of one of the main urban areas of Elche (Alicante). The Porfirio Pascual refurbishment has an investment of more than 11 million euro and will be financed by European Next Generation funds.

Work will be carried out on 18 blocks of flats (302 flats and 40 residential communities), and the entire surrounding area will be redeveloped, with a surface area of approximately 14,000 square metres.

This is a key urban regeneration project, the largest to be developed in Alicante, which is key to the territorial connection of the urban districts of Elche.
