FCC Construcción and its enpositivofcc campaign protagonist in the ETHIC magazine

The infrastructure area of the FCC Group, and its enpositivofcc campaign has been a special protagonist in the February issue of the ETHIC magazine.

The Adecco Foundation and the infrastructure area of the FCC Group celebrated the past 28 and 30 November 2017, the Days of Disability in positive. The conference was opened by Ignacio León, director of HR of FCC Construcción and counted with the collaboration of Arancha Jiménez, director of national operations of the Adecco Foundation, Pablo Pineda, ambassador of Adecco Foundation, and the ambassadors of FCC.

FCC Construcción and the Adecco Foundation have a collaboration agreement, which is the vertebrate in the development of integration programs for people with disabilities in the social and labor fields. Under the labor perspective, in FCC Construcción, it incorporates people with disabilities into the workforce, through the Adecco Foundation. The Foundation itself is the one that imparts training actions to future employees with the aim of adapting them to the functions they will perform, thus monitoring workers to ensure the success of the process.

In addition, Adecco Foundation and FCC have launched the Family Plan, which is aimed at family members with disabilities of FCC Construcción employees. The objective is to provide the beneficiaries with a sufficient degree of personal autonomy and the necessary resources for the active search for employment, carrying out training activities that favor their social and labor insertion and the development of other leisure activities and adapted sports that promote the social integration of this group.

The construction area of the FCC Group, in November 2008, was the first, to put into operation an equality plan, whose main objective was the application of measures that allow the development and fulfillment of those positive actions that allow to establish and promote a organizational environment that respects diversity and eradicates discrimination in any workplace.
