The works consisted of the construction of a 1,800-metre mass concrete harbour wall with a grade elevation of +10. To do this, we used two specially designed formwork units for these operations, one of which was built in Spain and imported to Brazil.

44 people worked in three shifts of 8 hours, day and night, and including Saturdays and Sundays. The expected completion date was 17 July and therefore the works were completed eight days in advance.

It also represents the fulfilment of a contractual framework with a bonus for FCC of R$ 7.5 million (€ 2.18 million).
