FCC wins the construction contract for the municipal sports center in Ensanche de Vallecas (Madrid)

The Construction area of the FCC Group has won the contract to build a new municipal sports center in the Ensanche neighborhood of Vallecas (Madrid). The project has an investment of 8.4 million euros and a term of 16 months.

The new municipal sports center will be built on a dotational site, located between José Gutiérrez Maroto Street and Cerro Milano Avenue. The center will have an indoor pool with its associated uses, covered sports courts and area of fitness rooms and directed activities.

This sports infrastructure will be the first to be implemented in the new district of Madrid, demographically characterized by a young population with young children, so that sports schools in the new center will be promoted in the sports program of the new center.
