FCC implements a competency model that is fundamental for the development of Group employees

Given the current evolution of the market and environment, it is crucial to define and manage the key competencies that FCC professionals should have so that we are able to compete effectively. For this reason, one of the key projects in 2015 within the General Management of Organisation Department is to define and implement a simple competency model that provides integrated management of all the key personal development processes.

These competencies will prove essential in helping us to manage the development and evolution of the Group's employees, according to their potential, aspirations and the current needs of the company. They will also enable us to anticipate future needs by working in a comprehensive way.
