FCC Industrial awarded public lighting maintenance contract for Municipality of Lepe
FCC Industrial has been awarded the contract for pubic lighting maintenance in the Municipality of Lepe in Huelva. The contract is worth 14 million euros and has a term of twelve years that is extendable for eight extra years.
The scope of work entails public lighting service management, which includes energy management, public facilities management, the commitment to coordinate investments in energy savings and renewable energy, monitoring the implementation of the efficiency project, as well as renewing and improving the lighting systems.
With this contract, FCC Industrial strengthens its position as a provider of core solutions whilst reaffirming its leadership with the most prominent public clients.

This new contract is added to the company's portfolio in integrated and energy management of public facilities. It is currently responsible for the integrated management of public lighting systems in municipalities including Madrid (sector 3), Cadiz, Totana (Murcia), Los Palacios and Villafranca (Seville) and Isla Mayor (Seville).
