FCC Industrial progresses in the construction of the “Nuevo Tres Cantos” homes

The homes represent a new model based on energy efficiency and leading-edge technology. The area not occupied by the building is destined for parking, free pedestrian spaces and gardens with sports equipment and children's play areas.

Almost all the Nuevo Tres Cantos sector was landscaped by FCC Construcción. It is one of the largest urban developments currently undertaken in the Region of Madrid and will house 25,000 people when it is completed.
