The Systems Division of FCC Industrial has finished developing the air mission monitoring and analysis system within the mission training program known as Tactical Leadership Program for the Central Office for the Procurement and Economic Management Unit of the Air Force. FCC Industrial develops training program system for the Air Force

Developed by the industrial branch of the Citizen Services Group, it is a software program that provides support to the Tactical Leadership Program's flying courses. It performs a 2D and 3D reconstruction of completed flying missions for which it uses the information obtained from multiple sensors installed both on land as well as in the actual aircrafts that take part in the exercise. These reconstructions are used by the instructors for the post-flight analysis of the most relevant aspects which occur during the exercises, thereby managing to offer quality tactical training based on combined air missions in realistic settings. The system is capable of monitoring and recording in real time the execution of an air mission, in which a high number of state-of-the-art aircrafts take part for their subsequent reconstruction and analysis for training purposes.

The Tactical Leadership Program is located at Los Llanos Air Base in Albacete. Its aim entails boosting the efficiency of NATO Air Forces by developing the crew's leadership skills and mission planning.

FCC Industrial is integrally involved in the development, operation and maintenance of the Monitoring and Debriefing System, as well as its progressive improvement. Over the course of this year, the Systems Division has provided support to a total of 14 missions, with a total of 650 flight hours spread over 360 exits of different planes belonging to Spain, the US, the UK, Greece, Italy, Poland and Switzerland.

The TLP launched in 1978 in the Fürstemfeldbruck Air Base in Germany with the aim of promoting multinational tactical operations through training. In January 2002, this program became a support unit of the Allied Command Operations (SHAPE). Spain joined the program the same year, expanding the scope towards the south of Europe. In July 2009, the TLP began the relocation process to the Albacete Air Base where it was officially inaugurated on 1 October. Nowadays it is considered a centre of excellence for the tactical leadership training of pilots and crew, comprising 10 nations and training close to 7,500 mission commanders. It is regarded as the best training centre for NATO Mission Commanders.
