FCC Industrial receives equality accolade

On Monday 25 May, the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality awarded FCC Industrial e Infraestructuras Energéticas the accolade of Equality in the Workplace. This mark of excellence acts as an incentive and gives recognition to organisations committed to equality who have implemented policies with this aim in all areas of the company.

FCC Industrial receives equality accolade

In order to obtain this accolade, all of the following were assessed: the implementation criteria, the result of the measures contained within the equality plans, the procedures that were established and periodic evaluation criteria of these plans, the application of positive action measures which actively promote equal opportunities, aspects relating to the organisational model and the social responsibility of companies.

Equality and diversity policies are one of the strategic lines of HR Management, promoting the professional development and performance of their staff under the guarantee of equal opportunities and the promotion of effective equality.

This equality accolade for FCC Industrial is a continuation of the accolade FCC Construcción received in 2009 for the same. They were the first company in the sector to start an equality plan.
