FCC Industrial has sponsored the 10th edition of the ‘En Marcha por la Salud’ fun run, a charity sporting event organised by the Virgen Macarena and Virgen del Rocío University Hospitals, the proceeds of which go to the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), the Spanish Association for the Effects of Cancer Treatment (AEETC) and the Seville Food Bank.

The celebration of this event is part of a project that promotes health and sporting activity. This race is one of the activities organised to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Virgen del Rocío hospital. The Walk for Health covers a distance of 7.5 kilometres along the riverside promenade that runs between the two Sevillian centres. 

Cancer is one of the main causes of death among children and teenagers all over the world. Every year, more than 400,000 children are diagnosed with cancer worldwide. FCC Industrial is fully committed to the development of sporting, social and cultural activities that enable research and innovation in cancer treatments.
