FCC Industrial carries out the renovation of the aircraft fuel supply facilities and hydrant system of Dublin Airport (Ireland)

FCC Industrial will implement the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract for the renewal of Dublin airport´s aircraft fuel supply facilities and hydrants system in Ireland, for its client, CLH Aviación (a Hydrocarbons Logistics Company).

At present, a double-wall storage tank of 5,000 cubic metres´ capacity has been built, out of the total of the three projected ones. 

In addition, the associated facilities are being developed, together with the execution of a fuel tanker for the airport tanks, the installation of a network of underground pipelines and hydrants for airplanes to refuel at the foot of the runway. The construction of fire protection facilities, as well as the demolition and dismantling of existing facilities. In addition, new control buildings and auxiliary facilities have been built.

With this infrastructure, FCC Industrial contributes to Dublin airport´s improvement of its capacity to supply fuel to airplanes.
