FCC participates in the XIX Business Race, held on December 16 and organized by Actualidad Economica. The sporting event brought together more than 17,000 runners, divided into 5,930 teams of 1,149 companies. FCC was represented through the construction area, in the 10-kilometer race. The race started from Plaza San Juan de la Cruz, until Plaza Castilla, returning to Plaza de Colón to return to the starting point of the competition.

FCC of the 5,930 teams, remained in the 90th position, ahead of companies such as OHL, Acciona, ACS or Ferrovial. The time of the two FCC participants in the race was 46:56 min for the distance of 10 kilometers.

This is one of the most multitudinous races in the city and was created for co-workers to participate in teams of two, three or four members (male, female and mixed) of the same company. In this edition, the double world marathon champion, Abel Antón, and the former footballer Raúl González Blanco participated.
