The 30th edition of the Management Development Programme for Women with High Potential comes to an end

Participants from the construction division of the FCC Group have completed the 30th edition of the Management Development Programme for Women with High Potential developed by the School of Industrial Organisation.

The aim of the programme is to offer structured and comprehensive training to prepare Spanish women with high potential from different companies to take on management responsibilities in companies of any type and size, with a multidisciplinary training perspective, strengthening the concepts of commitment, effort and responsibility.

By participating in this programme, women with high potential will be able to take on greater responsibilities in company management in the near future and thus contribute, on an equal footing, to the development of the company.
