King Felipe VI inaugurates the Salamanca Hospital, built by FCC Construcción

King Felipe VI inaugurates the University Hospital of Salamanca, built by FCC Construcción. The center has 507 rooms. Of these, 286 are doubles and 221 are singles. The total number of beds is 863.
  
The hospital has 25 state-of-the-art operating rooms, with a modernized surgical integration system that allows the recording and distribution of images and data generated in them, including backup copies and storage of diagnostic images. It is an innovative solution that makes the Hospital de Salamanca a benchmark in the management and dissemination of contents of surgical interventions for greater performance and medical performance, which opens up infinite training possibilities for the health sector. In addition, among the specific operating rooms, the hybrid stands out, with state-of-the-art technology in the branch, being the latest model of this type assembled in Spain.

Other spaces should also be highlighted, such as the 170 consultations, the 98 Day Hospital posts (36 Onco-Haematological, 12 Cardiological, 9 Pediatric and 41 Medical), the 72 Resuscitation posts or the 12 Obstetric Block posts, while In Dialysis there are 46 posts (5 acute, 35 chronic, 4 infectious and 2 peritoneal), with an investment of 290 million euros (210 in infrastructure and 80 in equipment).

The University Hospital of Salamanca is a benchmark in:
