Its composite structure formed by a cylindrical concrete shaft or core and a metal structure with diamond-shaped parts that resemble a Muisca vase from Colombian indigenous culture make this project quite unique, not just because of its technical solutions but also because of its distinctive design.

The report includes an interview with Pedro José Collado (Country Manager of FCC Colombia) and Emilio Otermín (Director of Building FCC Colombia).
