Dear colleagues,

Today, I have been appointed by the board of directors as a Chief Executive / CEO for FCC. And I don't want this day ending without sending to all of you a warm greeting, even if it is through this means.

As you know, FCC is a world leader in the areas of Citizen Services, Transportation, Water and Infrastructure, among many other strategic sectors and everyone of you has contributed to it. And no one among you has been a minor contribution.

I recognize the management capacity FCC has in the different areas and the high technical skills of all the staff, which are essential assets to be competitive in FCC's action areas.

I know there have been up to now and that we still have great and important challenges ahead. It is a big task we have to carry out together. And we must do it with discipline and focusing on the essentials.

I join FCC with great enthusiasm and confidence in the future and also with the strongest desire to contribute at this stage in the continued building of a company that every day must be more solid financially and operationally to fulfill its mission.

I do invite you all to work with dedication, energy and commitment to move forward on a route that allows us achieving better results and make real the new opportunities that we have ahead of us. Let's take advantage of the strength of our great team. It is the task of everyone of us.
