First training workshop by the Control Unit for the implementation of the New Management Model (NMG)

Javier Bravo, Head of the Control Unit, and Fernando Morales, Manager of the Department of Training and Recruitment, were responsible for training attendees on how to operate the new application called New Management Model (NMG).

This tool, specifically created for financial management of works, will allow users to monitor financial planning processes (costs and sales), production control, cost control, certification and collections, payments and cash flow.

The aim is to implement a common financial management system in all business areas which allows project managers to establish comprehensive control, both of production and costs, thereby meeting the particular needs of each work.

This first group was selected with a view to providing participants with training that is not only geared towards direct tool management, but also with the aim for attendees to take on a training role to provide support during the migration process.

In light of the implementation of the new model and according to the fixed planning and the migration model in place, different training workshops will be held in coordination with the implementation of the new system in each project.
