Results of the five HUBarcelona-FCC grants to study for a postgraduate or master's degree in 2015-2016

The Barcelona City Council, in conjunction with the Fundación Bithia and FCC Servicios Ciudadanos, has awarded five grants for postgraduate or master's studies or doctorate projects related to intelligent cities for 2015 until 2016.

The awardees are: Arnau Franci Rodon, Ramon Gras Alomà, Adrián López Rodríguez, Elisabet Palma Gibert, Jokin Santiago Elorriaga.

Reserves:

1. Victor Chausse Calbet
2. Ivan Gallardo Ruiz
3. Beatriz Alés Gregori
4. Xavier Roca Artola
5. Marc Girona Mata

The grants are all worth €50,000. The first payment is for €30,000 and is made one month before starting the course. 10 monthly payments of €2,000 each are then made every academic month.

The board aims to enable access to the best specialist training in the strategic framework of intelligent cities and, in particular, Barcelona.

These grants are exclusively for face-to-face studies on a full-time basis and with complete commitment. They are not compatible with any paid work, other grants or financial aid, without the express authorisation of the organisation.

The grants are awarded for a full course on a one-off basis and are non-extendable. If awardees select studies that last more than one academic year, all courses that do not correspond to the year awarded by the program will not be eligible for the HUBarcelona-FCC grants.
