The 22nd Promotion of the EOI's High-Potential Executives Programme comes to an end

Participants from the FCC Group's construction area have completed the 22nd promotion of the High Potential Female Executives Programme developed by the School of Industrial Organisation.

The aim of the programme is to offer structured and comprehensive training to prepare ‘High Potential’ Spanish women from different companies to take on management responsibilities in any type and size of company, with a multidisciplinary training perspective, strengthening the concepts of commitment, effort and responsibility.

By participating in this programme, women with high potential will be able to take on greater responsibilities in the management of companies in the near future and thus contribute, on an equal footing, to the development of the company.

In this edition, the following women from the FCC Group's construction area took part:
