The participants from the construction area of the FCC Group have completed the XXI promotion of the High Potential Managers Program developed by the School of Industrial Organization.

The objective of the program is to offer structured and comprehensive training, the purpose of which is to prepare “High Potential” Spanish women from different companies to assume managerial responsibilities of any type and size of company, with a multidisciplinary training perspective, strengthening the concepts of commitment, effort and responsibility.

With participation in this program, women with high potential will be able to assume greater responsibilities in business management in the near future and thus contribute, on an equal basis, to the development of the company.
