The English language video on the FCC #enpositivo Ambassadors who participated in the Disabled Seminars on 28 and 30 November is already available on the FCC Construcción YouTube channel.

FCC Construcción and the Fundación Adecco maintain a collaboration agreement based on the development of integration programmes for the disabled in the social and employment ambits.

Under the employment perspective, FCC Construcción incorporates disabled persons into the staff through the Fundación Adecco. The Foundation itself gives training to future employees to match them to the functions they will carry out and monitors the workers to guarantee the success of the process.

The Fundación Adecco and FCC have also set up the Family Plan, aimed at the families of FCC Construcción employees with disabled members.
