The video that learn us how to sit well in our workplace is already available on the YouTube channel of FCC Construccion.

The video has been produced and created by the Prevention Department and the Communication and Marketing department of the FCC Group construction area.

The purpose of the same is to teach all employees in the construction area to adopt correct positions when we are sitting in our workplace.

In the last national survey of published work conditions, 30% of workers develop their work sitting, so it is essential to learn to sit correctly, to avoid muscle injuries.
