Plan Familia is an orientation program for people with disabilities whose main objective is the development of skills and competences to increase their autonomy and thus favor their social and labor inclusion, whether in the short, medium or long term. Through Plan Familia, people with disabilities and their families have the support of experts in disability and social and labor inclusion of the Adecco Foundation, who are responsible for guiding the beneficiary and his family so that they can achieve their maximum personal development, social and professional, thanks to a personalized and multidisciplinary intervention plan.

Throughout these ten years, more than 100 employees of the Construction area of the FCC Group with children with disabilities have been assisted within the framework of Plan Familia. Currently, there are 28 families that are part of this initiative.

During these ten years, six children with disabilities of employees of the Construction area of the FCC Group that have been part of Plan Familia have found employment between 2016 and 2017. Likewise, nine participate in personalized employment itineraries.

The story of Diego

Diego is the son of Ricardo, an employee of FCC Construccion in Valladolid. Diego had barely a year when he could not open a bag with objects from his mother because of his disability. It is the only thing that Diego has not achieved in his 21 years of life. Diego currently combines his studies, a higher level of TAFAD, with his work as a monitor of leisure activities during the weekends and in summer periods.
