The video on the submerged tunnel of Coatzacoalcos in Mexico is now available on YouTube

The works consisted of digging and forming a 2,280 m-long road and four traffic lanes, two for each direction of traffic, 3.5 m wide in the uncovered stretches and 3.75 m wide in the tunnel stretch, with a 1 m-wide pavement.

It is the first submerged tunnel in Latin America which currently stands at 85% completion. Its location could also prove to be potentially important for the development of south-east Mexico.
