FCC supports the "Companies for a society free from gender-based violence" initiative
FCC is one of the companies featured in the video released by the Spanish Government's Office on Gender-based Violence, which is a compilation of actions taken by institutions that are members of the network of companies that are pledged to combat gender-based violence.
The video reflects the companies' commitment to eradicating gender-based violence from society. The segment on FCC portrays awareness-raising actions taken in its various communications channels with the aim of encouraging people to eliminate this scourge from our society and palliate the impact on its victims.
Since 2010, FCC has been a party to the Cooperation Agreement with the Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality to raise awareness about gender-based violence and assist its victims in finding work, and since 2012 it has been a member of the Network of Companies for a Society free of Gender-based Violence.
FCC, the Citizen Services Group, has a number of agreements in place with institutions that are specialised in helping women who are victims of gender-based violence to find work, and it is also a supporter of a number of campaigns in this area by Spanish and international bodies.
