The construction of package 3 of the Riyadh Metro is progressing satisfactorily. This lot includes 33 km of viaducts of which 16.8 are on Line 4, the Yellow Line, and 16.3 on Line 6, the Purple Line.

At this time, FCC Construcción is installing the aluminium edge unit cladding, which gives the viaduct its final aesthetics with colour identification for each line, and the galvanised steel support structure or edge unit frame for bolting the sheets, including a walkway and installations housing.

The installation of the viaducts support structure has already reached 36.6%. Line 4 has 149 of 450 spans terminated and line 6, 177 of 441 spans.

For the visible panel or edge unit cladding, the progress is 12.1% with 70 spans finished on line 4 and 38 on line 6.
