Carlos M. Jarque, CEO of FCC Group, visits the company’s environment subsidiary in Vienna

On Saturday 25 February, Carlos M. Jarque, CEO of FCC Group, visited the company’s environment subsidiary in Vienna, where he met with Bjorn Mittendorfer, Chief Executive of FCC Environment CEE. During the meeting the company's 2016 financial results were reviewed and new goals were set for the year ahead.

Carlos M. Jarque used the visit to analyse the 2017 budget with the aim of improving efficiency, productivity and project development, thereby helping to ensure positive results on the Group's balance sheet.

Jarque spoke with Mittendorfer and reviewed the strategies of each country for the coming years. The environmental services sector is a major focus area for FCC Group. Analysing all projects, renewing contracts, and driving technological innovation are key improvement factors for a business that is constantly being restructured and changing.

Carlos M. Jarque passed on a message to Bjorn Mittendorfer for all employees at FCC Environment CEE stating that “we have to continue to work efficiently”.
