- FCC's claims against Acuamed refer mainly to two contracts:

1) Chemical decontamination of the Flix reservoir (Tarragona). This contract dates from 2008 and the work was practically complete in 2015. Final settlement is pending.

2) Bajo Almanzora desalination plant (Almeria). This contract dates from 2006. Construction was completed and the plant came into service on 1 August 2012. The plant subsequently sustained severe damage from floods.

Final settlement of the construction contract and reconstruction of the plant after the flood damage are pending.

There is no connection between this project and the Flix reservoir project.

- FCC will claim payment of these debts before the appropriate authorities.
