The Banco de Alimentos (Spanish Food Bank Federation) would like to thank FCC employees for the donations collected from "Operation Kilo".
The Federation of Food Banks emphasises that the many donations received from the different FCC local offices will help to alleviate the tough situation experienced by many people, which has considerably worsened due to the economic crisis.

The donated food products and other items will be shared out among other charitable organisations, which provide daily assistance to people in need through residences, soup kitchens, welfare activities, etc.

The Food Bank would like to remind people that in addition to one-off charitable actions such as "Operation Kilo", donations made to their facilities dotted around the country are welcomed all-year-round.
