Esther Koplowitz awarded Gold Medal of Merit for Work

The Spanish Cabinet has awarded Esther Koplowitz the Gold Medal of Merit for Work in recognition of her leadership of FCC Group, "a standard bearer for its policy of equality and job placement for groups at risk of exclusion"

Esther Koplowitz awarded Gold Medal of Merit for Work

This award underlines a performance that is "socially useful and exemplary in discharging the duties required of any job, profession or service".

Fifteen Gold Medals of Merit for Work have been awarded to date, to recipients such as Father Ángel, head of Messengers of Peace, Dr Vicente Calatayud Maldonado, professor Luís Navarro García, and tennis player Rafael Nadal. Paco de Lucia and Mercedes Salisachs received the accolade posthumously.
