FCC implements INCORPORA to put technology at the service of people

FCC has implemented Incorpora, a strategic project which aims to modernise the Human Resources function and leverage it to offer quality service for the company and its business areas.

FCC implements INCORPORA to put technology at the service of people

This initiative was launched by the Human Resources Department in September, and it seeks to optimise Human Resources management to enhance competitiveness and provide better service to all FCC employees. One of the project's main goals is to design and implement an information and management system for the approximately 100,000 employees in 52 countries.

A team headed by María Antonia González with more than 30 employees from Human Resources and Information Technology (which is collaborating closely on this project) is designing this new system, which will provide a reliable and better quality response to meet the current needs of the company and its business areas.

The multidisciplinary team behind Incorpora is addressing three major challenges. The first is to design, develop and implement a Master Database of Employees, to attain a single standardised tool providing computerised and parameterised information about the Group's entire workforce. This will allow more efficient management of FCC resources.

The second challenge is to put into effect a single payroll system for all employees in Spain, replacing the multiple systems currently in place.

The final challenge is to create and implement a Human Resources Shared Services Centre (SSC), which will not only optimise the human resources function but also provide a top-quality service to meet operating and business needs.

Incorpora goes one step further in FCC's strategy to improve operating profit with a view to creating a more competitive structure that helps consolidate our future growth.
