FCC continues to receive students within the framework of the 4th ESO-Empresa programme, an initiative of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of the Region of Madrid that promotes educational stays in companies for students in that course to complement its curriculum. 

On this occasion, 4th ESO students have had the opportunity to form part of the FCC Medical Services team in Madrid, getting to know its functioning, the installations and the service of which FCC employees benefit, since for the company, caring for and protecting its workers’ health is fundamental. 

In these facilities, Group employees can undergo a specific medical check-up, individualised by medical criteria and as a function of the work post, the purpose of which is to assess, control and monitor their state of health.
These educational stays in companies arose with the objective of bring the young closer to the business world, facilitating educational stays in working environments, thus offering them the opportunity to acquire a clearer view of the employment world and to develop key skills for future jobs.
