FCC Medio Ambiente in Benidorm launches its Healthy Enterprise programme

The Healthy Enterprise management model has been certified by AENOR. Following its implementation, a number of programmes are being carried out to encourage physical activity and sports, healthy eating and living, as well as road safety.

They are all designed to benefit the health of employees as well as their families and friends.

The programme began about six months ago and the activities are planned to continue on a monthly basis. In addition to enhancing physical, mental and social well-being they will also improve relationships between workers and participants.
One such example is the event staged last Friday, which involved the first hiking trip for employees and relatives. The initiative was warmly welcomed by more than 120 workers and family members.

The event was attended by Jose Ramón González de Zárate Unamuno, Chief Councillor  for Urban Scenery, Road Cleaning, Public Roads, Water, Environment, Festivals and Events, Design, Mobility, Traffic and Transport of Benidorm.

A sports tournament was also held a few weeks ago involving four football teams. The Benidorm office would like to thank everyone for the great turn-out and the lively atmosphere that continued throughout the day.

The Healthy Enterprise programme highlights FCC Medio Ambiente’s commitment to people and society as a whole.
