The event consisted of a meeting with the regional government to establish mechanisms to boost the implementation of social clauses and market reserve. Its aim was to promote job creation for groups that are socially excluded, as well as sharing knowledge and experience with other companies in this field.

Representing FCC, Luis Suárez, FCC Medio Ambiente’s HR Director, took part in a round-table discussion on the introduction of social clauses and market reserve in contracts resulting from public tender processes.
FCC has entered into a number of partnership agreements with various associations and entities for the training and labour insertion of groups at risk of social exclusion, as well as the development of actions to improve their quality of life.
