FCC organised an event in collaboration with the ONCE Foundation where Paralympic judo champion, Marta Arce Payno, gave a talk at its corporate headquarters in Las Tablas, under the title "The courage to fight for your dreams".

The conference was opened by Raúl Pérez, director of FCC Medio Ambiente’s Madrid delegation, who reviewed the Inserta agreement, signed with the ONCE Foundation. The objective of the organisation is the employment of people with disabilities as part of their staff and to carry out other actions that contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of people with disabilities. Raúl Pérez then presented the Paralympic champion, Marta Arce, and thanked her for her visit and talk.

She was followed by the co-ordinator of the ADOP Employment-PROAD Plan and Paralympic Trainers Programme, Inmaculada Palencia, who explained how the Paralympic programme began and how the project has developed.

During her talk, Marta Arce, who found the key to happiness in judo, shared her experiences with those present, talked about values and the positive things she has learned from the sport.

The attendees, including a large number of FCC employees, applauded Marta's talk and thanked her for her visit.
