FCC Medio Ambiente recognised for reducing occupational accidents at its Canary Islands branch

The Canary Islands branch of FCC Medio Ambiente has been recognised by the insurance company FREMAP for its contribution to reducing occupational accidents as required by Royal Decree 404/2010, 31 March.

FCC Medio Ambiente recognised for reducing occupational accidents at its Canary Islands branch

The ceremony was held on 18 May in the FREMAP offices in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It was attended by the insurance company’s Regional Director Juan Carlos Perdomo and representatives of FCC Medio Ambiente. Ángel Alonso Sánchez, Head of Production in the Canary Islands Medio Ambiente Branch, received the recognition.

In recent years, the branch has achieved a constant improvement in accident rates. Hard daily work and synergy between the two companies has allowed these objectives to be met.
