FCC to participate in the Civil Engineering Week in Madrid

FCC is to participate in the Civil Engineering Week that will be held from 22-28 May and will encompass a show of icons that represent the professional activity, workshops, demonstrations, sessions, conferences, visits and competitions, among other related activities.

FCC to participate in the Civil Engineering Week in Madrid

In addition to the icons that will be in Madrid, FCC has placed the TBM cutter head, known as “La Adelantada”, adjacent to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and a waste management compactor in the plaza of Chamberí.

“Civil Engineering to Change the World” is the slogan chosen by the Professional Association of Civil Engineers of Madrid to celebrate this fourth edition of the Civil Engineering Week. The aim is to engage citizens in the professional work and activity of civil engineers and to show that there are qualified professionals, who form a real and essential part of our community, behind the bridges, incredible structures and extensive roads, not forgetting the urbanisation of our cities and large-scale hydraulic works.
