FCC joins World Day for Safety and Health at Work

FCC joins World Day for Safety and Health at Work

For another year, FCC has joined in the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, held on 28 April.  In FCC, the improvement of health and safety and the well-being of the persons at work is a fundamental pillar in the organisation and a differentiating value in the undertaking of its activities.

FCC considers that health and safety and well-being at work are a responsibility of the company as an economic and legal organisation and of all its components. The efforts of everyone forming part of the FCC Group are of vital importance for all, in the individual plane and in the plane of FCC’s competitiveness and sustainability.

The World Day for Safety and Health at Work is a recent tradition that has become a world-wide reference of major importance in the employment world. In 1996, 28 April was chosen as the date for commemorating the workers affected by occupational accidents and professional illnesses.
