FCC and its Competencies Model: Introducing Teamwork

This week we are introducing another of the competencies defined by FCC Group: Teamwork.

 

We understand this competence as the ability of active collaborating on and participating in, with mutual trust and with all team members, the achievement of a common goal, understanding our own actions as crucial for the success of global aims.
