All Construction division employees received their November payroll through Incorpora, the FCC group-wide SAP system implemented by the Human Resources department.

According to the Head of Payrolls, Martín Laguna (on the right in the photo, together with the project leaders, Javier Yebra and Jesús Moratalla), this first major step in the implementation of FCC's Incorpora project is the result of 14 months of hard work and outstanding coordination between the Incorpora team and FCC Construction. This milestone was possible due to the success of the pilot project, which was implemented at Jaque and Matinsa and included the calculation and payment of wages for more than 1,000 employees throughout Spain in June.

The amount of information processed by Incorpora for this first payroll in the Construction division reflects the programme's complexity, since it involved around 8,000 employees at approximately 80 companies under more than 100 labour agreements.

Incorpora represents major progress in technology for FCC, enabling us to take a qualitative step forward in functional aspects through the adoption of a new business model. Through Incorpora, the main services related to personnel and payroll administration are performed using a single, unified platform for all of FCC's corporate areas and businesses, enhancing simplicity and standardisation. Aqualia and Versia are expected to be included in this system during the second phase of implementation, in May 2012.

Incorpora is a strategic project of FCC which responds to current corporate and business needs for a more modern human resources information and management system, leveraging this function to offer the best service and quality. FCC's Incorpora project received the bronze award in the Large Implementation category at the annual 2011 SAP Quality Awards, organised by SAP Iberia.
