Training workshops on cost control on the worksite<br />

The Control Unit and the Training Department of FCC Construcción invited 70 participants to take part in the training workshops on Operational Cost Control in FCC's headquarters in Las Tablas on 3 and 7 November.

The workshop held last Friday was attended by Ana Villacañas, General Manager of Organisation, Vicente Mohedano, General Manager of FCC Construcción, and María Sánchez, Human Resources Manager of FCC Construcción, who all highlighted the importance of operational cost control for getting to know the price of what we produce.

The cost control objective is a priority issue for the management of FCC Construcción and of the FCC Group as it is necessary to maintain a strict discipline in worksite control in order to ensure that we meet budget goals.

For this reason, we have implemented a newly created training program that is being led by the Control Unit with support from the management of Human Resources.
