Martín Monteagudo discusses human resources at Nuestra Casa retirement home in Collado Villalba

Francisco Martín Monteagudo, General Manager of Human and Material Resources at FCC, participated in the Friday lecture series at the Nuestra Casa retirement home in Collado Villalba (Madrid). The home was built by the Esther Koplowitz Foundation. Interestingly, the FCC executive has ties with the municipality, as his parents owned a store there years ago.

Francisco shared his experiences working in human resources in Spain and abroad, for example in Switzerland and the US, where he held posts in multinational companies which were similar to his current job.

He also explained how personnel is managed in a large company like FCC, which has 90,000 employees. His presentation was followed by a lively debate with attendees. At the end of the session, the event organisers presented him with a painting donated by the Down Syndrome Foundation.
