Participation in the first edition of the AVANZA Awards

The aim of the awards is to recognise the hard work and dedication of the staff in the organisation who help to improve the company's competitiveness, social inclusion, quality of our processes, respect for the environment and the development and application of innovative solutions and practices on a daily basis.

The applications received are of high quality and we would like to thank all the participants for their contribution.

The Selection Committee of each business area, created for the purpose of choosing 4 shortlist projects, are currently undertaking the first evaluation of the projects received in each category in order to select the best one. After the preliminary analysis, the panel, created by the Evaluation Committee, which is formed by the management of each business area, will make a decision and reveal the names of the winners.

We hope that this initiative has been a very enriching experience for all.
