Health emergency response protocol for the offices in Las Tablas, Federico Salmón and Balmes
In this regard, a response protocol was drawn up in February 2017 and disseminated through several internal communication channels. After its most recent revision, we hereby wish to remind you of how important it is for everyone to understand this document. Attached pleased find the protocol and its intranet link, where you can also view additional important health and safety information.
Please take note of some of the fundamental aspects of action in response to a health emergency:
1) Alert external emergency medical services (112) from the site where the incident has taken place, since it is essential to provide them with accurate and exact information as requested, and follow their indications until their arrival.
2) It is essential to alert the control centre so that it can ensure the arrival of the required services to the site of the incident as quickly as possible.
3) Defibrillators may be used by healthcare professionals and building personnel who have received the mandatory training on their use according to the pertinent legislation in force
