Sara Megía Recio, Assistant Manager to the Chairman

At the proposal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FCC, Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, and following a favourable report from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, Sara Megía Recio has been appointed Assistant Manager to the Chairman.

Sara Megía has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Postgraduate Master's Degree in Marketing and Commercial Management from ESIC. She joined FCC in 2006, and since 2007 she has been Deputy Director of the Internal Audit Department in the international area. Previously, she was a senior auditor at PwC.
