1. Service Description:
FCC360 is a mobile application developed within FCC for downloading payslips, certificates and other documents of interest, easily and directly to your mobile device.
2. Service Access:• If you already have a user name and password for FCC systems (the ones used to log in to the corporate computer), simply enter them on the home screen and press the "Login" button.• If you do not have a user name and password for FCC systems, you must click on the "User registration" option that appears at the bottom of the initial screen.3. Application installation procedure• If you are using Android, you should look for the FCC360 app in the Play Store, the Android app shop.• If you are using iOS, you must access the download link from your phone and select the link that will appear. 1. Service Description:
The FCC Group has Microsoft Teams meeting Rooms (with native Teams or Videoconferencing equipment) in some of its work centres. These meeting rooms have an easy-to-use-console that provides a more complete audiovisual experience.
Among the main benfits available, these rooms will allow you to:
- Hold hybrid meetings, with speakers in the room and also connected online in real time.
- Manage your Teams meetings without the need to use your computer.
- Organise Teams meetings on the spot, without prior call.
- Make phone calls through Teams.

3. Procedure to book Videoconference Rooms or Teams RoomsTo find out which rooms have this type of device, filter by selecting the "Videoconference/Teams/Zoom" option on the Room Booking webpage. Those that appear available will have Teams or Videoconferencing equipment.

Shared Folders provide a centralised storage place for work files. This service allows you to have a space on a server to share files in read and/or write mode with other FCC users, accessible to them from any computer in the Group.

Transfer is the internal tool developed by FCC for secure file sharing. It allows you to share documentation both with people in your organization and with professionals from other organizations with which you collaborate. In addition, not only does it allow you to send documentation, but you can also request up to 2GB of information to be sent to you at a time.
