FCC wins award for its campaign against gender-based violence "Margarita. No me quiere” ("Daisy. He doesn't love me")

FCC has received an award for its campaign against gender-based violence "Margarita. No me quiere" ("Daisy. He doesn't love me") in the category of Corporate Social Responsibility in the XXIII edition of the "Hundred best ideas of the year" awards given out by Spanish magazine, Actualidad Económica.
 

FCC wins award for its campaign against gender-based violence "Margarita. No me quiere” ("Daisy. He doesn't love me")

The campaign "Margarita. No me quiere” ("Daisy. He doesn't love me") ran at the end of 2014 and consisted of collecting messages written on petals by the employees of the Citizen Services Group to then form one big daisy.

Around 300 messages were collected where the employees expressed words, phrases, expressions or suchlike against gender-based violence and then made a video using them. The campaign was translated into 14 languages and was disseminated in the different countries where the Group is present.
 
The highlight of the FCC campaign was the employee participation in this initiative which shows and reinforces the whole company's commitment to society and people. In this way. FCC has strengthened its fight against this social scourge, highlighting its zero tolerance policy and the boost given to social and professional integration of victims in society.

The 'Best Ideas of the Year' awards are handed out each year by the Spanish publication Actualidad Económica. Its aim is to award the 100 most innovative ideas, from different categories, which stood out in 2014 due to their originality and quality.
