Pau Carmona, Human Resources Director of the FCC Medio Ambiente Barcelona and Balearic Islands branch, represented the group and took part in a debate with other business representatives. They discussed product strategies and service in the market for the disabled, the implications of demographic change and active ageing in the new business environment, as well as the role of SMEs in the strategic management of diverse talent.
